Thank you for visiting and considering shopping with us. Because we aren’t able to meet you in person we wanted to take an opportunity to tell you a little bit about how we do business. All of our merchandise is sold at discounts and therefore treated as a final sale. We do not give refunds or offer exchanges.

Due to the nature of fountain pens and the subjectivity involved with their performance for many new users and those who are more critical and or demanding, our strongest recommendation is that they consider trying the specific pen of interest out and purchase that exact pen they have tried at a retail outlet.

WE ARE A WEB BASED DISCOUNTER AND NOT A HOBBY SHOP, WRITING SPECIALIST OR COLLECTORS RESOURCE. We do not routinely "ink", "try out", "calibrate", "test" or otherwise use customers pens prior to sale and shipment. We simply offer great pens at low prices and aim to serve with prompt, courteous service. While we are happy to answer any questions you might have to the best of our ability we try not to add our own opinions or reviews of the products we sell as we do not feel it a service to our customers, suffice it to say that if we choose to sell a product line at all that it is the highest endorsement we can offer.

All warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer. The warranties on the pens we sell vary based on the individual brand and sometimes-specific model of pen. In most cases the manufacturers will repair any mechanical difficulties usually free of charge, for the warranty period of the pen.


Information and Policies

All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on pens for any reason.

In the case of DOA, we must be notified within 48 hours of the products arrival and will issue an RA (Return Authorization) for you to send the product back so that it may be repaired or replaced and returned to the original buyer.

All used, demo, display and refurbished (when applicable) products are noted and sold AS-IS, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given unless the product was knowingly and willfully represented.

All merchandise purchased must be paid for at the time of purchase and prior to shipment.

We accept Paypal for purchases with this option you have the chance to use Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, or your Checking Account.

We ship to The United States. Normally we use our choice of USPS (First Class or Priority Service) or UPS (Ground) for shipping but are not limited to these choices. If you have specific shipping needs please email us in advance of purchase and we may try to accomodate you.

Two or more items may be combined to save on shipping and handling, S&H charges are determined by scale based on your total dollar purchase per shopping cart transaction.

Shipping and Handling charges may include packaging and material fees as well as handling or warehousing fees.

Most catalog purchases are shipped within 72 (business) hours or less, Business hours are defined as any hour that takes place between a Monday at 12:01 AM and Friday at 11:59 PM EST USA.
